Mr. Hellerich obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Nebraska in 1969. He graduated from the University of Nebraska School of Law and obtained his J.D. Degree in 1973. He is presently a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Weld County Bar Association, and the Colorado State Bar Association. Mr. Hellerich is the past president of the Weld County Bar Association and served on the Board of Governors for the Colorado State Bar Association. He is presently a member of the Real Estate Section, Probate and Trust Section, and Business Law Section of the Colorado State Bar Association and is a member of the Northern Colorado Estate Planning Counsel. Mr. Hellerich is also a Director and Chair elect for 2005 for the Greeley/Weld Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Board of the Greeley Center for Independence. His present areas of practice are: estate planning, wills, all forms of trusts, trusts and probate, power of attorney, guardianship and conservatorships, real estate and zoning, and business and corporate law including formation of new business entities, corporations, limited liability companies and all forms of partnerships. He is a guest speaker for radio shows, seminars and lectures on estate planning and has prepared sophisticated estate planning for multi-million dollar estates. He has extensive experience in complex business, contract and probate litigation.
